Black-Series
The Black-Series is an impressive product range. The brand name “Black-Series” stands for GS-tested lever and spur gear block and tackle hoists “Made by Dolezych”, which are particularly suitable for assembly work and the mobile service sector. You can easily lift, pull and secure both light and heavy loads. Each device is tested with at least 25% overload and comes with a test certificate. We recommend our Black-Series-Mini especially for small loads: the extremely compact lever-hoist with aluminum housing.
Black-Series features
Our Black Series products in accordance with DIN EN 13157 have a load pressure brake and chain freewheel. All hooks are secured and can be rotated through 360°. Please note, however, that only original chains from the manufacturer should be used to ensure quality and safety.

Black-Series spur gear block and tackle: with overload protection as standard (slipping clutch)
The slipping clutch is activated at an overload of 140% to 180%. In this case, it is no longer possible to lift the load. This is for safety reasons to prevent damage or dangerous situations if the weight limit is exceeded.
Black-Series-Mini compact lever-hoist
The aluminum housing of our Black-Series-Mini is extremely light and compact, which makes handling easier. The short lever length also enables precise and comfortable handling. The finely toothed gearing means that only a small amount of hand lever force is required. In addition, a practical belt pouch is included for mobility and transportation of the device.
Black-Series spur gear chain-hoist
Our Black-Series spur gear hoists are characterized by a powerful 2-stage transmission gear. The hardened gears and pinions run on roller bearings, which reduces friction losses and therefore increases efficiency.

Round steel/roller chain & aluminum version
Dolezych offers lever-hoists with both round steel chains and roller chains. The load sprocket of the round steel chain version is made of ductile cast iron with precisely formed chain pockets to ensure that the load chain is protected and has a long service life. The load sprocket of the roller chain version made of chrome-molybdenum steel with precise teeth and the chain guide cast into the housing ensure trouble-free chain operation. Optional overload protection devices (slipping clutch) are also available. Dolezych also offers aluminum versions for mobile applications that are lightweight yet robust. These models consist of a closed housing, hand lever and hand wheel made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which means that little manual force is required.
Lever-hoists and spur gear chain-hoists
Dolezych lever-hoists and spur gear chain-hoists are designed for durability and a wide range of applications. The maximum material strength ensures a very long service life. Thanks to the robust lever handle, they require little manual force to operate. The chain freewheel enables the load hook to be positioned quickly when not under load, which increases efficiency. Safety features include high-performance load pressure brakes, the GS test seal and a specially nickel-plated load chain that meets the minimum requirements of DIN EN 818-7 grade T. The use of original chains from the manufacturer is recommended to ensure performance and safety. Options such as models without freewheel function, with additional overload protection, with wire rope clips and aluminum versions offer additional application possibilities.

Dolezych electric chain-hoists are specially developed for versatile industrial applications. An electric chain-hoist is another subtype of chain-hoist. Due to the electric operation (usually with 400 V and 230 V), significantly heavier loads can be lifted than with a manual chain-hoist. Electric chain-hoists are characterized by their powerful and robust design, which makes them ideal for challenging tasks in areas such as wind turbines, assembly lines, workshops and construction sites. They are weather-resistant and have various safety features such as electric brakes and overload protection. The products are versatile, easy to maintain and can be adapted to different requirements, including higher load capacities and additional equipment.
Compressed air chain-hoists
An air chain-hoist is controlled by compressed air and is another subtype of chain-hoist. The Do TCR pneumatic chain-hoist can generally be used wherever electric chain-hoists are used. However, compressed air chain-hoists are primarily used in potentially explosive areas or in corrosive environments, as an electric motor is not inherently spark-proof and is also more sensitive to environmental influences. The products are versatile, easy to maintain and can be adapted to different requirements, including higher load capacities and additional equipment.
