Locking-systems & laoding-bars.
Locking-bars, locking-beams and loading-beams are indispensable aids for securing loads in trucks and vans. They are one of the resources for the "tight fit" load securing method. Locking-bars, locking-beams and loading-beams are used to divide the loading space into compartments. They can be made of aluminum, steel or even textile material. In addition to tension belts and anti-slip materials, you should also use locking-bars, clamping boards or load beams, especially for particularly heavy loads. The high-quality products from Dolezych can be mounted both horizontally and vertically and are characterized by their durability. Accessories such as dunnage bags (disposable and reusable) are also available to suit your needs. You can buy locking-bars and load beams in the Dolezych store or get advice from our experts on the subject of load securing.

Buy loading-beams: Rear load securing and double-decker loading
With loading-beams, you can make full use of the space on your loading area. The robust aluminum beams make it easy to set up a flexible second loading level for double-decker loading. This increases your transport volume and allows you to stow non-stackable loads in a space-saving manner, as you can adapt different load heights to your needs thanks to the flexible adjustment.
The loading-beams are only used horizontally. In addition to creating a second loading level, they can also be used to secure loads at the rear. The robust beams are also suitable for heavy loads.
For locking in one:
- Combination anchor rail
- Slot-hole anchor rail
- Keyhole anchor rail
Buy locking-bars: Easily secure lighter loads
Unlike loading-beams, locking-bars for vans and trucks can be used both vertically and horizontally. Locking-systems are mainly used to separate and secure lighter loads. Some bars also have anchor holes to which lashing straps can be attached. Load beams can also be inserted into the anchor holes for a form-fit connection. For form-fit load securing, you must observe the load limits of the connecting elements. Inside, the locking-bars are fitted with a spring element for easy insertion.
Buy textile locking-bars: Safe loading with easy handling and low dead weight
Our textile locking-bars from the DoKEP® series are a lightweight alternative to bulky locking-bars or loading-beams. Especially in contrast to steel components, they are:
- More manageable
- Easier to stow away
- Very light
- Cost-effective
- Extremely flexible
- Quick to use
- Particularly gentle on surfaces
- Unbendable
- Repairable
Possible end fittings for the textile locking-bar are
- Plastic keyhole fitting
- Anchor rail fitting
- Single stud fitting
- Emergency opening adapter
Other end fittings are available on request. Please contact us by telephone on 0231 82 85 0 (Link) on the subject of load securing or use our inquiry form (Link).
Clamping bars: lightweight and flexible to use wherever you need them
Clamping beams are telescopic poles made of aluminum or steel. The clamping bars can be used both vertically and horizontally. They are clamped between the side walls or between the roof and vehicle floor using a clamping lever. The beams are used as flexible load space dividers for form-fit load securing, especially for separating lighter loads. We offer an adjustable version that is suitable for almost all box sizes.
General advantages
- Facilitates the transportation of loads in the case of partial deliveries
- Can be used quickly and in box and tarpaulin bodies. The prerequisite here is the basic suitability of the bows (wood or aluminum) and the structural strength
- High load capacity and easy handling
Infinitely adjustable intermediate wall fastener with extendable aluminum plates
The intermediate wall lock is also known as a clamping board. These are usually used horizontally. Clamping boards are placed on the dropside and secure your load against slipping and tipping. The loading area can thus be divided into several zones or areas. With a clamping board, you have an additional aid for securing the load.
Note: As the load securing force of intermediate wall locks is limited, they should only be used to secure the load against tipping if possible.
DoFix lashing adapters: Universal adapters for lashing nets and lashing straps
The DoFix steel lashing adapters are designed for various insertion slats and can be combined with various end fittings from four attachment points. This offers you maximum flexibility. Further advantages are the flat design, which does not interfere with loading, and the fact that the adapter can remain in the insertion slat after use. This guarantees quick and easy operation. The DoFix lashing adapter thus brings all the advantages of a box body to the curtainsider.
DoFix: Developed for a wide range of applications
- For DoKEP® partition nets, the textile locking-bar and lashing straps, among others
- In combination with a DoKEP® partition net, you can easily divide the cargo space into interlocking segments and thus bring the advantages of a box body into the curtainsider
- The adapters can be positioned on the existing insertion slats in a flash and are therefore also ideal for securing loads at the rear, e.g. when transporting parcels
Please note: The DoFix is currently only certified for a specific combination of lashing equipment and force. The blocking force can only be certified after prior testing of the application (no type plate) due to the dependence of the overall system on the insertion slat.
For which insertion slats is the DoFix suitable?
- For aluminum or wooden slats
- Heights: 100 mm, 112 mm, 125 mm
- Widths: up to 25 mm
- Shapes: Krone, Kögel, Schmitz CargoBull and rectangular
Which end fittings are compatible with the DoFix?
- Plastic keyhole fitting
- Anchor rail fitting 1826
- Plastic emergency opening adapter
Dropside lashing strap: Simple load securing for flatbed vehicles
Dropside lashing straps are suitable for securely fastening smaller loads to the dropside and are particularly suitable for flatbed vehicles. You do not need any lashing points or lashing rails: They can be used anywhere. The simple handling allows you to lash quickly: the end fitting secures automatically when the ratchet is tightened. The rubberized end fittings also protect the dropside. You can also use the dropside lashing strap in combination with the intermediate wall locks and clamping beams.
Dunnage bags: effective protection against transport damage
Ensuring that your load arrives undamaged and safe is our top priority. In combination with other load securing equipment, dunnage bags offer effective protection against damage during transportation. You can use them universally for form-fit load securing.
Especially where there are no or only limited lashing options, air cushions are an ideal and flexible solution. In stowage gaps, the cushions can fill larger cavities and spaces. You can use the dunnage bags in trucks, containers, railroad wagons or ships, for example. You can choose between disposable and sustainable reusable products. Of course, Dolezych also offers the necessary accessories, such as the appropriate filling gun.
