Dolezych offers black steel wire ropes as standard with steel core with 6 strands of 19 wires each (6x19) with a nominal strength of up to 1,960 N/mm2. On request, black-ropes with a rope diameter of up to 8 mm are available in the following designs:

Mistakes or accidents can always happen at work. For example, if a spotlight falls from a truss, this can have serious consequences. For such cases, the safety precautions for loads above persons are regulated in DGUV Information 215-313.
For lifting and safety ropes:
- Sling and safety ropes are used in production and event facilities where employees or visitors are under suspended loads and ensure safety at events and productions of television, radio, film, theater, trade fairs, events.
- We use galvanized ropes according to DIN EN 12385-4 of the type 6x19+FC (1960 N/mm²) with thimbles pressed on both sides. We supply the ropes with thimbles B DIN 6899 as standard, but we can also manufacture these ropes with special thimbles on request.
For safety ropes/safeties (black and galvanized):
- Safety ropes or safeties are safety ropes used as secondary safety devices in accordance with DGUV information 215-313, B. for securing loudspeakers, spotlights or similar in the event of a fall.
- Ropes according to DIN EN 12385-4 of type 6x19+FC (1960 N/mm²) with thimbles pressed on both sides and captive quick-connect links according to DIN 56927 are used.
