The DoLast^® Lifting Beams

Our DoLast^® beams cover a wide range of applications – from standard lifting operations to complex custom tasks. Each design is tailored to specific requirements, offering maximum safety and efficiency in load handling.

• Fixed beams / Adjustable beams:
  Fixed beams provide stability for consistent lifting scenarios, while adjustable models allow for flexible adaptation to different load widths.
• Fixed H-beams / Adjustable H-beams:
  These beam types distribute loads evenly in two directions and are ideal for wide, large-surface loads. The adjustable version also allows flexible length and width settings.
• Frame beams and cross beams:
  Perfect for symmetrical lifting of large, typically rectangular components, ensuring even load distribution across multiple lifting points.
• Container beams:
  Specifically designed for the safe transport of ISO containers – with suitable lifting points for corner fittings and high load capacity.

• Rotating beams:
  These special beams enable safe rotation of bulky or sensitive loads using a crane – ideal for components, assemblies, or structures. The load is lifted using two endless polyester lifting slings with customizable lengths.

Do310 – Robust, reliable, and ready to use
Looking for a beam that makes heavy lifting safe and easy? The Do310 is your solution for secure and controlled handling. Designed specifically for industrial, warehouse, and logistics use, this fixed beam has a load capacity of 1,000 kg and a fixed working length of 1,000 mm. It's made of durable steel and coated in yellow paint for visibility and corrosion protection. Pre-mounted eye hooks at both ends ensure secure and even lifting. Inspection Service for Your Beams

Lifting beams must be inspected by a qualified expert according to the intensity of use, but at least once a year, in accordance with the German Operational Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and DGUV Rule 109-017. We are happy to support you with our Dolezych inspection service. Repairs to our lifting equipment may only be carried out by Dolezych. As the manufacturer of beams and lifting devices, we ensure that all necessary work is performed properly and in compliance with regulations.

What You Must Consider When Using Lifting Beams

If the beam is not positioned directly above the center of gravity of the load, the load may slip out of the lifting gear. A beam suspended on one side poses a serious risk! The sling angle between the two legs of a lifting sling must always be ≤ 60°. Using beams helps avoid these prohibited sling angles. If this angle is exceeded, danger is imminent! The load on a single sling leg then exceeds the total force exerted by the load itself.

Beams allow for low lifting heights, making it possible to lift in low-ceiling halls. When handling long loads, they can help completely avoid unsafe sling angles. The load must be supported under the beam in such a way that it does not bend excessively or cause individual parts to come loose and fall from the load assembly.

The following is strictly prohibited:

1. Transporting people
2. Moving suspended loads over people
3. Pulling or dragging suspended loads at an angle
4. Forcibly detaching stuck or jammed loads
5. Lifting loads beyond the rated capacity
6. Leaving suspended loads unattended
7. Routing lifting gear over sharp edges
8. Using lifting gear as load slings
9. Dropping loads into a slack sling
