Where do we test?

On site

Our experienced inspectors will come to your company with the fully equipped test vehicle and inspect the work equipment. Alternatively, we can also come to your construction site. If necessary, rejected products are either repaired by us on site or sent to our factory for repair. On request, we can dispose of products that are ready for disposal for a fee.

In the Dolezych test room

We also test your products in our in-house test laboratory. Simply send us your work equipment for testing. We will then take care of everything: testing, repair or replacement and subsequent return of the serviceable work equipment.

How do we test?

Visual and functional testing

Our inspectors know what is important. Wear, deformation, damage and faults are reliably detected.

Electromagnetic crack testing

With fluorescent liquid and UV light. This reveals even the smallest cracks (mandatory for chain slings every three years).

Load test

On request, your products can be load tested in our test laboratory at our headquarters in Dortmund.

How do we document?

On the one hand, a thorough inspection is proof that the inspection obligations in accordance with DGUV regulations have been fulfilled. On the other hand, the documentation is an instrument for controlling the entire inspection process. It provides information about the current condition of the work equipment and shows, for example, the service life or wear of certain work equipment in specific use. This can serve as a basis for optimizing internal processes and working more cost-effectively.

We document the test results as standard in clear forms (Excel test reports, chain index cards), which can be individually adapted to the circumstances of your company on request. We then make these available to you as a printout, as a PDF or in an electronic database.
