Holds securely and protects the system: car transport and truck transport tensioning straps with TensionController: The certified TensionController guarantees optimum transmission and distribution of the applied pre-tensioning force thanks to the best sliding properties inside the TensionController. At the same time, its outer layer ensures that it adheres perfectly to the tire of the secured vehicle and no longer slips. The specially developed, firmly woven slip inhibitor ensures that the TensionController sits securely on the tire so that the strap does not slip during transport. The special inner coating also makes it particularly easy to thread the webbing of your lashing-straps into the TensionController.

What does the efficiency factor ETA describe?

When securing tires, the belt runs through several so-called deflection points (hooks, controllers, etc.). The friction that occurs at these points causes a loss of pre-tensioning force along the belt. The ETA value was introduced to describe how much pre-tensioning force is lost within the controller. It indicates how powerful a belt controller is.

Without a controller, ETA values of just 0.3 apply, meaning that the loss of pre-tensioning force is 70%. Standard controllers on the market achieve values of 0.35 to 0.4. For comparison: the TensionController from Dolezych even achieves ETA values of up to 0.6! The pretensioning force loss here is just 40%. The use of the TensionController greatly improves the distribution of the securing force and at the same time achieves a more even load on the two hooks close to the tire in the floor plate.

For all users who need to secure different vehicles with different tire sizes, there is now the TensionController Flex. It is quick and easy to use on different tire sizes. The result: the webbing does not come into contact with the tire, even with different tire sizes.

With our TCF, you can secure a wide variety of vehicles, from small cars to heavy commercial vehicles. the TCF naturally also complies with the VDI. The foldable TC mats at the ends of the TCF ensure that the TCF is never is never too short and the belt does not come into contact with the tire.
