The integrated TensionController Basic (TCB) is the heart of the system. It reliably prevents the lashing strap from coming into direct contact with the tire – improving the transfer of force from the strap to the tire and vehicle. The webbing glides smoothly over the tire without cutting in or slipping. Especially for high-value vehicles, that’s a real win – for you and your customers.
The pressure ratchet fits comfortably in the hand and achieves the required tension in just a few pulls. This combination of proven ratchet technology and smart guidance delivers control, speed, and security in one. And the 35 mm-wide PES webbing is tough, UV-resistant, and built for demanding use on vehicle transporters.
