PowerLash 150 – The Two-Part Lashing Chain for Heavy Machinery and Real Challenges

Do you regularly transport excavators, construction machinery, or other heavy-duty cargo? Then you know what matters most: a lashing chain that holds – without compromise. The two-part PowerLash 150 lashing chain with a permissible lashing capacity of 4,000 daN is built precisely for that job. Whether you're securing a mini excavator on a trailer or fixing steel components in place – this system ensures your load arrives safely. Available in lengths of 3.0 m, 3.5 m, or 6.0 m, the chain adapts perfectly to your needs. Thanks to its two-part design with a separate tensioning element, you stay maximally flexible – even when load sizes vary.

Tension Without Slack – Adjust Without Effort

What makes this lashing chain stand out? It's smart and adaptable. The separate ratchet load binder with shortening hook allows you to adjust the chain to the perfect length in no time – no fiddling or re-rigging required. The GS clevis hook engages securely with the lashing point and holds firm, even under jerky loads. Combined with a high-quality ratchet load binder (such as the DoQuick), this creates a robust and user-friendly securing system. Manufactured from Grade 80 steel and tested in accordance with DIN EN 12195-3, this chain has your back – whether you're on the highway or off-road.

Get the Right Fit – Direct Lashing Done Right

When using lashing chains, correct dimensioning is key:

The lashing capacity (LC) must correspond to the mass and securing method of your cargo. Especially with direct lashing – where the load is secured in a positive-locking way without pre-tensioning – it’s essential to select chains and anchor points that are up to the task.

The forces involved are different from those in frictional lashing – so keep that in mind.
