Unity Rooted in Tradition and Looking Toward the Future

For more than nine decades, Dolezych has been a cornerstone of the Dortmund business community. At the beginning of 2026, the family-owned company continued this tradition and invited employees to the New Year Celebration at the Eventkirche in Dortmund-Dorstfeld. There, the team gathered in a festive setting to ring in the new year together and to honor long‑serving colleagues.

Dolezych stands for straightforward, reliable lifting and transporting — and equally for continuity, dependability, and a strong sense of unity. This becomes especially clear in the numerous work anniversaries celebrated year after year. Personal congratulations are traditionally given on the individual anniversary day in a small setting. In addition, during the festive 2026 New Year Celebration, the management was able to thank these employees for their many years of loyalty and acknowledge the strong bond within the company. Some of the honorees have been part of the organization for up to four decades.

The managing directors Udo and Tim Dolezych emphasized:
