18.07.2025 | Family Celebration: 90 Years of Dolezych

To mark our 90th anniversary, we hosted a very special summer party this year. We celebrated our company milestone as a family event at the Dolezych premises in Dortmund — with great vibes, delicious food, fantastic music, and of course, our amazing team.

With perfect summer weather, our employees enjoyed not only a fantastic program — including performances by a children’s choir and a live band — but also plenty of other highlights to discover. There was food from around the world, inspired by our international locations, offering a culinary treat for everyone. Kids had plenty of attractions to keep them active and entertained — from sports activities to, of course, face painting. For those who preferred to relax with a cool drink, a variety of beverage options were available — including the “DoJito” cocktail, a Dolezych-style mojito. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our colleagues, the venue was transformed with a summery vibe, complete with palm trees and lounge chairs, creating an instant vacation atmosphere.

Our Managing Director, Udo Dolezych, gave an emotional speech, thanking the employees for their dedication and reflecting on the company’s history. Tim Dolezych also highlighted how important each and every employee is to the company’s success and praised the strong sense of unity at Dolezych. In addition to celebrating our 90th anniversary, there was another milestone to honor: our Deputy Managing Director, Karl-Heinz Keisewitt, celebrated 30 years with the company.

Next came another special highlight: a performance by a surprise guest. Visitors were also excited about the grand raffle, with all proceeds going to Kindertreff KEZZ. In the afternoon, our colleague and in-house DJ Marcel Spork kept the cheerful, holiday mood going and got the crowd moving with great music. Later, a live band took over and had everyone dancing to summer beats well into the evening.

We thank everyone who made this day so special and filled it with joy and great energy! We’re glad to have you as part of the Dolezych family!
