Where work equipment subject to inspection needs to be reliably identified, unambiguously assigned and accurately documented, traditional labelling often reaches its limits: it does not allow for individual assignment. Clear identification becomes crucial, particularly when dealing with large stocks. Individual laser marking ensures clarity in such cases.

We now offer marking for selected DLR and DoTwist-lifting points as well as various types of shackles. Serial numbers or customer-specific details are permanently marked onto the component. This ensures that it can be identified beyond doubt throughout its entire service life. This simplifies many day-to-day work processes: inspections can be assigned to the correct component, stock can be managed more clearly and mix-ups can be avoided.

“Many companies use their own number ranges or allocation systems. We can mark this information directly onto the component, so that it can be integrated into existing processes without the need for additional tags or labels”,

The laser marking is abrasion-resistant, permanently legible and does not affect the load-bearing capacity. On DLR lashing points, the permissible lashing force (LC) and the note ‘Do not lift, for lashing only’ can also be marked. The marking is applied directly during the manufacturing process by Dolezych and is only available on new products.
