Our DoUltra series continues to grow: The new model, with a load capacity of up to 50 t, expands our product range with a particularly high-performance yet compact HMPE-round sling. Like all models in the DoUltra family, this variant also impresses with its low weight and slim design. This is thanks to its transversely elastic, round-braided polyester tube, which allows for use even at narrower load-bearing points such as hooks or shackles. This easier handling reduces the effort required and increases safety during use. Additionally, the standard RFID transponder simplifies the inspection and documentation of the round sling.

For particularly demanding lifting tasks involving even heavier loads, our DoGiga HMPE round sling range offers the ideal solution. The DoGiga covers load capacities of up to 600 t and nominal lengths of up to 65 m, all while maintaining an exceptionally low weight. This makes it ideal for particularly large and heavy components, such as those used in wind energy, mechanical engineering, or heavy-haul transport. The high-strength HMPE core ensures exceptionally high load-bearing capacity. Depending on the application, users can choose between different sheath materials: an economically attractive PES sheath (DoGiga-P), a particularly abrasion-resistant Cordura variant (DoGiga-C), or a more cut-resistant HMPE sheath (DoGiga-H) with integrated metal yarn. Thus, our DoGiga combines enormous performance in the highest heavy-duty range with remarkably easy handling, offering a compelling alternative to significantly heavier steel products.

We are also taking a major step forward in the field of fastening technology. Our new heavy-duty shackles not only rely on proven quality but also take our product portfolio to a whole new level. They are designed for extreme loads of up to 1,500 tons and offer maximum safety, even under the harshest operating conditions, such as those encountered in the offshore sector or in heavy, demanding industrial applications. The Shackles are available in Standard, Polar (for operating temperatures down to -60 °C), and Super (same weight as Standard and Polar, but with higher load capacity) variants. The high-strength steel alloy reduces wear and tear, thereby significantly extending service life. Thanks to clear serial number marking, the shackles can be uniquely identified at any time.

In addition, our DLR anchor point family continues to grow (DLR=Dolezych Load Rings). Our DLR load rings of grade 10 is characterized by its very low profile, equal load capacities at 0° and 90°, and its 360° rotatability for adjusting the attachment direction. The captive screw with black oxide coating ensures high corrosion resistance. What’s new is that we can now supply the load ring with custom thread lengths—based on metric threads according to DIN 13 1. These special designs are particularly crucial when attachment points need to be mounted through structural components. Only a precisely matched thread length enables a flush, secure installation without transverse loads and ensures that the anchor point can be used in compliance with standards and with long-term reliability.

With the DoKett10-chain system we are launching our own Grade 10 product line—including DD quality stamping (DD-Dolezych Dortmund). The stamp is far more than just a trademark: it confirms that every component has been tested by us in accordance with the relevant EN standards. Based on this quality standard, the new Grade 10 components up to nominal size 22, in combination with our proven Grade 10 chain, offer approximately 25% more load capacity than comparable Grade 8 systems of the same nominal size. As a manufacturer, we can use this modular system to produce a wide variety of sling chain configurations and, upon request, combine them with additional lifting accessories such as  ropes, Round slings, Lifting straps or the  textile chain DoNova®. The system’s high temperature resistance from -40 °C to +380 °C (with a reduction in load-bearing capacity to be considered above 200 °C) makes it suitable even for the most demanding applications.
