When it comes to safe lifting and transportation, there is no way around Dolezych. The Dortmund-based manufacturer of rope, lifting, sling and load-securing technology will be presenting its latest product solutions for the industry at this year's IAA Transportation in Hanover from September 17 to 22, 2024. An extra application area at the trade fair stand will allow visitors to use the product highlights DoNova®, DoQuick, DoRa and the DoMessPro live on site.
DoQuick: The revolution in load securing
With the DoQuick, Dolezych presents its latest generation of ratchet-load-tensioners, which allow the user to work even faster, more ergonomically and easier than before. And all this with twice the clamping travel compared to standard ratchet-load-tensioners and a shorter lever length. Thanks to the innovative quick-release mechanism, the thread can be extended or retracted within a second, which saves time and effort when moving the tensioner from transport to application mode and pre-tensioning the chain. This significantly reduces loading times and physical strain. Thanks to the swivel eye installed on one side, there will never again be problems with twisted steel or textile chains.
DoNova®: Easier securing with the textile chain
Dolezych has once again included the DoNova® textile chain. Its low weight makes it easy to handle and thanks to the high-performance Dyneema® fiber, it is as strong as steel. With the new clevis hook for the DoNova® up to LC 20,000 daN, work can now be carried out even more ergonomically, as the end hook means that coupling links are no longer required. A new label also eliminates rattling metal parts and fluttering labels. In addition, the DoNova® can be tensioned as usual with the DoRa ratchet load tensioner and now also with the DoQuick!
DoMessPro: Now it's easy to read the pre-tension force
The Dortmund-based company will also be showcasing its new product DoMessPro, the new digital pre-tensioning force indicator. Developed for 50 mm lashing straps, the respective pre-tension force can now be read quickly and, above all, reliably on a digital display. With its special design, little force is required on the lever, making the device light and ergonomic to use. A further advantage is that the pre-tension force indicator can remain on the lashing-strap when it is re-tensioned so that the pre-tension force applied can be observed live. In contrast to standard "measuring devices", the DoMessPro also offers a uniquely large measuring range of up to 1,250 daN, so that even higher pre-tension forces can be verified. Thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery, the DoMessPro can be easily recharged with a USB cable and is therefore always ready for use.
TensionController: Tension safely now with Dolezych
The publication of VDI guideline 2700 sheets 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 for the safe transportation of cars and trucks on vehicle transporters is imminent. As a permanent member of the VDI technical committee, the medium-sized company has been actively involved in the process. The Dolezych TensionController complete system for car and truck lashing-straps already meets all the requirements of the future directive. Thanks to the unique rubber fabric construction, the TensionController ensures a secure fit on the tires. The TensionController TCF offers even more flexibility as a foldable version that can be used to secure any tire size. The KTT hook, which was developed jointly with Kässbohrer Transport Technik GmbH, also protects the perforated plate of the vehicle transporter.
