25.09.2026 | Summer party at Dolezych: Celebrating together come rain or shine

A break from the daily grind and a chance to enjoy some fun together was the theme of this year’s summer party. Colleagues came together to celebrate, laugh and catch up with one another away from the workplace. Although the afternoon didn’t look very inviting, with strong gusts of wind and sudden downpours, the atmosphere in the evening was excellent.

Our Managing Director, Tim Dolezych, opened the social gathering with a speech. He extended a special welcome to the many new members of staff, the retired former colleagues in attendance, and even international visitors from the Polish branch – a wonderful testament to the cross-generational and cross-border team spirit and cohesion at Dolezych.

Our hard-working volunteers had worked tirelessly in the run-up to the event, ensuring not only that everyone was well fed but also creating a lively atmosphere in the function hall. With musical accompaniment from our colleague and DJ Marcel Spork, there was plenty of time for shared moments and good conversation.

Thank you to everyone who, with their good humour and dedication, made this year’s summer party such a successful evening. We’re already looking forward to the next get-together!
