Standard Ratchet DoRapid, 35 mm Webbing, LC 1000 daN

DoRapid Standard Ratchet for 35 mm Webbing – Faster Tensioning, Secure Load Restraint

The DoRapid standard ratchet for lashing straps with a 35 mm webbing width was developed specifically for users who want to save time during load securing without compromising safety. Thanks to the innovative side-opening mechanism, the webbing can be inserted particularly quickly, making it ideal for frequent tensioning operations in everyday transport and logistics.

Time Savings Through Side Insertion

The key feature of the DoRapid lashing strap ratchet is its side-opening mechanism:
You simply insert the webbing sideways into the open ratchet, lock it again, and start tensioning immediately. The time-consuming threading process is eliminated.

The result is significantly faster handling, especially in series applications or under time pressure.

Sufficient Tensile Force for Light to Medium Securing Tasks

With a permissible tensile force of 1,000 daN in direct pull and 2,000 daN in lashing, the DoRapid standard ratchet is ideally suited for many typical applications in trades, industry, and internal transport. You reliably achieve the required pre-tensioning force for safe load securing.

Lightweight, Compact, and Comfortable to Use

Weighing just 0.42 kg, the DoRapid is particularly lightweight. This reduces physical strain during frequent use and makes the ratchet an excellent choice for mobile applications and recurring tensioning tasks.

Robust for Daily Use

Manufactured from galvanized steel, the standard ratchet is reliably protected against corrosion. It offers a long service life and remains dependable even with regular use under demanding conditions.
