How can heavy loads be secured more easily, physical strain reduced and workflows speeded up? Dolezych will be providing answers to these questions from 15 to 20 September 2026 at the IAA Transportation in Hanover. In Hall 27, Stand E24, the Dortmund-based manufacturer will be presenting solutions for load securing and lifting technology.

Don’t just look – give it a go

A highlight of the trade fair stand is the test area. Here, visitors can try out selected products for themselves and experience their benefits first-hand. These include, amongst others, the textile lashing chain DoNova^®PowerLash, which, when used with the ratchet load tensioners  DoQuick and DoRa . Made from Dyneema^®, the DoNova^®PowerLash has up to 85 per cent less weight than a steel chain whilst offering comparable strength. This makes handling easier, particularly with long lashing systems. Experience the pre-tension force: Also available to try out is the digital pre-tension force indicator DoMessPro, available, amongst other things, in combination with the lashing strap DoZurr5000 and the DoMulti. The long-lever ratchet DoMulti enables significantly higher pre-tensioning forces than standard ratchets.

Digital monitoring of pre-tension force

With the digital pre-tension force indicator DoMessPro pre-tension forces of 50 mm lashing straps can be read easily and directly. This offers a clear advantage when lashing down cargo: because a verified higher pre-tension force reduces the number of lashing straps required. When retightening, the device can remain on the strap, so that changes are visible in real time . The measuring range extends up to 1,250 daN, and charging is via USB-C.

Versatile: One strap for all tyre sizes

For vehicle transport Dolezych presents the DoCarLash system with TensionController Basic Flex. Thanks to its adjustable working length with fold-down ends, it is suitable for a range of tyre sizes, from small cars to SUVs. This means that around 99 per cent of all standard tyres on the market can be secured using just one system.

High load-bearing capacity with low weight

For lifting heavy loads, Dolezych offers a range of HMPE round slings. These include the compact DoUltra with load capacities of up to 50 tonnes, as well as the DoGiga for loads of up to 600 tonnes, available in a range of sling materials. Thanks to their low weight, these textile lifting slings are particularly easy to handle.
