The DoZurr
5000 with our patented DoMulti long‑lever pull ratchet is the ideal
solution for demanding transport tasks. Our 50 mm webbing, combined with
the DoMulti long‑lever pull ratchet and straight carabiner hooks,
ensures safe transport in nearly any application.
With a breaking strength of 2,500 daN in straight pull and a pre‑tensioning
force of 600 daN in tie‑down lashing, this lashing strap is the tie‑down
champion in our product range.
What makes our DoZurr 5000 with DoMulti special?
Decades of
experience in manufacturing lashing and lifting equipment have enabled us to
continuously optimise our products. The result is a robust 50 mm polyester
webbing, perfectly matched with the corresponding ratchets and end
fittings.
Thanks to the optimised ratchet design, the DoMulti achieves 600 daN of pre‑tensioning
force with only 50 daN of hand force.
This delivers twice the power of a standard ratchet and allows you to cut
your required number of lashing straps in half when using tie‑down lashing.
Our lashing straps are manufactured in accordance with EN 12195‑2 and are subject to regular testing – not only in our in‑house test centre but also by external certification bodies.
