TensionController strap for 35 mm belts

More Protection for Tires and Straps – The TensionController Sleeve for 35 mm Wheel Straps
When transporting vehicles, one thing is clear: wheel securing is crucial – and it’s also a sensitive area. Where lashing straps apply high tension directly to the tire or rim, there’s a risk of damage and excessive wear on the strap. That’s exactly why Dolezych developed the TensionController Sleeve. This well-designed accessory turns a good wheel strap into a professional securing system – adding durability and protecting surfaces.

Just Slide It On – Problem Solved
The TensionController Sleeve slides easily onto your car transport strap – and sits precisely where the webbing makes contact with the tire. It also helps prevent dangerous strap slippage under dynamic load.

With a length of 1,100 mm, it offers sufficient coverage for nearly all common car transport applications. Especially when used with wheel straps or other car transport lashing systems, the sleeve ensures even pressure and pre-tension force distribution – protecting both the strap and the tire surface, with no additional fastening or adjustment required.
