DoUltra-HMPE-round sling.

DoUltra at a glance

  • Round braided hose in silver-gray and orange
  • With Velcro cuff for identification
  • Sheath material = polyester
  • HMPE core
  • Comes standard with RFID transponder

Advantages of the unique hose

  • Even more compact design
  • Longer service life: During use, the hose is only stressed at the suspension point; in the free
    span, the sling is not subjected to tensile stress
    and is protected.
  • No further tearing of holes: Even when the
    round sling is ready for replacement, the application
    can be completed.
  • Minimal wrinkling, especially in the lashing

Advantages thanks to the HMPE core

  • Compact design and optimal contact width:
    Also suitable for smaller crane hooks without
    being crushed.
  • Significantly lower elongation compared to
    round slings with a PES core

Labeling

  • Each label is additionally protected by a protective sleeve.
  • The protective sleeve is attached with a Velcro
    fastening system, making the inner labels
    easily accessible.
  • The protective sleeve is additionally printed so that
    the load capacity is visible at a glance.
